We also offer CARDIO TENNIS.

It is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. The program consists of cardio workouts and tennis drills. No tennis experience is needed.  It is a great way to burn calories, have fun and be active! 

WHAT IS CARDIO TENNIS?

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group workout class set on a tennis court.

Our Cardio Tennis Program is a good mix of Cardio, Strength and Stretching with and without racquet.

 

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone over the age of 16 and of all abilities.

No tennis experience required.

 

HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?

$15 per 1 hour session

Sessions run during the school term.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A tennis racquet ( You can hire one if you don’t have ) and your usual workout gears!
