Our qualified and experienced coaches run classes that accommodate your abilities and goals. Adult lessons are available on weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
We also offer CARDIO TENNIS.
It is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. The program consists of cardio workouts and tennis drills. No tennis experience is needed. It is a great way to burn calories, have fun and be active!
